We relentlessly pursue to provide our customers high quality and low price meals in a friendly, relaxing, and homey environment.

As of  August 1997, Wah Shing  opened it's doors for business. Our proprietors developed a menu catering to British tastes.  Each of our menu items is unique in its kind. The selections were designed for single, couple, and group lunching and dining.  After being in business for less than a year, with Joyce Choi as main chef,  Wah Shing was already rated in 1998 as one of the 50 most exclusive restaurants in Leicestershire by the Leicester Mercury.

Our selection consist of Luxury Set Dinners, Set Dinners Express, A-La-Carte Express, Days & Nights Selections, Value Lunches, Customizable Hosting Set Dinners,  Special Events Buffets, and Regular Buffets. Special catering requests are always  welcome.  The large selection from our fully licensed bar is able to meet everyone's drinking  palette.  Take-away service are available during business hours.  We especially welcome large family parties with young children.

We are a fully licensed full service Cantonese  cuisine restaurant.  Semi-formal or casual dress code desired.  All major credit cards are welcome! 

We are located in the Leicester City Centre on the 2nd & 3rd stories of the historic 17B Cank Street, Leicester LE1 5GX  England, across the market, opposite the Odeon Arcade & next to the yellow paper tiger building
